Vacuum cleaner bag orders are normally processed & shipped via USPS First Class,Parcel post. Bad Weather conditions may still delay and would not amount to refund in any case if it is a delayed. Shipping charge implies (means ) "shipping packaging and handling" fees /charge. We reserve the right to select USPS or other couriers like UPS ,FEDEX for ground shipping.Ground shipping is still meant ground USPS (US MAIL ).Almost all the shipments are USPS to meet the most competitive rates we provide. The regular charges are starting $3.99 and more as the order value goes up and above . For Priority mail by air and other UPS options please specify /write in the comments while checking out and we will let you know the extra shipping charge first.

For AK, AS, CZ, GU, HI, MP, PR, VI the charges are $12.99 for orders upto $99 and $19.99 above $99.



Tracking numbers are available once the order is complete.

If you are not sure what Type or Style of bag your vacuum uses, please do not place an order!rather call and we will be glad to help you . If you mistakenly order the wrong item we will gladly exchange it for the correct product. You will though incur additional shipping charges both ways. If we cannot provide an exchange item we will issue a refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee on any approved returned merchandise for vacuum cleaners and 15% for parts roller brush and similar items like vacuum bags. Refund applies only towards the merchandise not for shipping (No refund for shipping ).If we send you an item you did not order, We Pay Shipping Both Ways! If you change your mind and refuse your order, there is NO REFUND. Also, make sure you have the CORRECT ADDRESS for USPS Shipping! If your order is returned to us because you typed in a wrong or insufficient address,we preusme that shipping address is US mail delivery address and US Mail can deliver on the shipping address mentioned in the order (please note); you might be charged for the re-shipping fee.
